How Athletes Create a Tully Account
Athletes can create their own Tully account to view training programs, track progress, and enter data. This guide walks through the full account creation process starting from the organization’s QR code, along with how coaches and admins can confirm whether an athlete has registered an account.
Step 1. Scan Your Organization’s QR Code
Athletes begin by scanning the QR code provided by their organization or coach.
After scanning, the athlete is taken directly to the Data Entry page.
Step 2. Find Your Name in the Drop-Down
On the Data Entry page, the athlete will see a name drop-down at the top of the form.

Select your name from the roster list
Step 3. Choose a Feature to Access
Below the name drop-down are two buttons:

View Programs

Athlete Summary
Selecting either button will begin the process of accessing your data.
Step 4. Account Setup Page Appears
If the athlete does not already have a Tully account, clicking either button will redirect them to the Account Setup page.
At the top of the page, a notification appears stating that an athlete account must be registered to access the selected feature.
Step 5. Complete the Required Sign Up Fields
To create an athlete account, fill out the required information:

First Name

Last Name
-
Birth Date
-
Email Address
Password is optional during initial sign up, but the athlete must create a password before logging in.
Step 6. Create Your Account
After completing the fields, select Create Account.
Once the account is created successfully, the athlete can now log in to Tully.
Step 7. Log In and Access Features
After logging in, the athlete can return to the Data Entry page and select:

View Programs

Athlete Summary
They will also be able to enter data and access all standard athlete features within Tully.
How to Know if an Athlete Has a Registered Tully Account
Coaches, admins, and users within Tully can verify whether an athlete has created their personal Tully account.
Look for the Green Checkmark Icon
- If an athlete has successfully registered their own account, a green circle with a green checkmark will appear next to their name throughout the Tully platform.
- When hovering over the icon, a message will appear stating that the athlete’s name has been associated with an athlete account.
- This visual marker confirms the athlete has a fully created login and can access their programs, athlete summary, and data.

The easiest way to confirm account status is by navigating to the Roster page.

Find the athlete’s name

Look for the green checkmark icon
If the green checkmark is present, the athlete has an active account.
If the icon is missing, the athlete has not yet registered.
