Athlete Workflow Example

An athlete can open their assigned workout on a phone or tablet and log the most important effort for that exercise as they go.
This creates a smooth, real-time workflow where data entry happens alongside training, ensuring every session is captured accurately.

Best Use Case

The Program View method is best for:

  • Real-time data entry during training sessions

  • Individual athletes logging performance directly

  • Reducing manual entry for coaches post-workout

  • Increase motivation and accountability in the weight room by having a TV display the Data Live Feed. The athletes will see their data in real time.

All entries made through Program View automatically sync to the organization’s Tully account, giving coaches instant visibility into athlete performance and progress.
