Assessments Navigator
The Assessment Navigator in Tully allows coaches and users to view and analyze assessment data across their organization. This report provides insight into performance trends, rankings, and custom scoring categories you’ve set for your assessments.
How to Access the Assessment Navigator

On the left sidebar, navigate to the Reports section.

Click on Assessment Navigator to open the feature.

Filters Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll find several filters that allow you to narrow down your results. These filters function exactly the same as across the rest of the Tully platform.
The available filters include:
- Assessment – Choose the specific assessment you want to display.
- Teams – Filter to see data from one or more teams.
- Groups – Select specific groups within your teams.
- Gender – Choose male, female, or clear the selection to show both.
- Years – Filter by the athlete’s graduation year.
- Active/Inactive – Choose to show only active athletes, inactive athletes, or both.
- Age Range – Filter by specific athlete age ranges.
- Time Frame – Choose the time frame for the data you want to display.

💡 To the right of the time frame filter, there’s a toggle switch that allows you to view Current or Personal Best results.

Current shows each athlete’s most recent assessment results.

Personal Best displays their all-time best result within the selected timeframe.
Understanding the Table
Below the filters, the data table displays assessment results in an easy-to-read format.
The default columns include:
- Rank – The ranking of each athlete based on their result.
- Name – The athlete’s name.
- Assessment Name – The assessment selected in the filter.
- Category – The scoring or achievement level assigned to the athlete based on your assessment setup (e.g., Achieved, Need Help, etc.).

Customizing and Exporting Data

Export – Use the Export button above the table to download the displayed data for external review or reporting.

Manage Columns – Click the ellipses (three dots) on the top right of the table to manage which columns are visible. This allows you to add more detailed data or remove columns for a simpler view.
How Coaches Use Assessment Data
A coach can select an assessment like the 1000 lb Club, filter by a specific team and timeframe, and instantly see which athletes have achieved the desired category or are close to reaching it. This gives coaches actionable insights into progress and development across their program.
